Admissions

Schaumburg Christian School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. As we are not equipped to handle children with special needs such as physical, mental, emotional, behavioral, or learning disabilities that require significant accommodation, there may be certain times we will not be able to accept a student. New students entering Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten with birthdays on September 1 through October 31 will require an academic and social evaluation. The evaluation fee is $30 which is due on the day of testing. Final acceptance is contingent upon a review of the permanent records of the student's previous schooling and the results of any necessary testing.  The school administration assumes the final responsibility for the grade placement of any student. All students are admitted on a nine-week probationary standing. Once the student demonstrates moral character, academic competence, and self-discipline, the probationary standing will be dropped.
