This is a free bus service for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade who live more than
1 1/2 miles from the school and live in District 54. Click here for a map of District 54.
Buses will be available for both AM and PM transportation. Students will be assigned a pick-up time in the morning depending on their route assignment. The afternoon pick-up times from SCS will be 4:00 p.m. (M,T,TH, & F) and 3:30 p.m. (W). There will not be an extended care fee from 3:00-4:00 p.m. for students using bus transportation.
If you would like to register for this bus service for the 2023-2024 school year, please complete the forms below and return them to the school office. If you have used this transportation service for your child in the past, you should have received a pre-printed form from District 54. Please return that form to the school office to sign up or decline the service.
Special Note from District 54: Forms not submitted to their office by Monday, April 10 may not be assigned a bus route until after Labor Day, and you may also be assigned to a stop that is further away from your home.
